Refund Policy

At Shop Numa Gardens, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

     

2. Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  4. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

     

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

     

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
     

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
