1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Production will begin within this time frame

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page. The average time to wait is approx. 4 weeks

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery method.

We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, though other carriers may be used depending on the order.

Large or oversized items (e.g., furniture, fire bowls) may require freight shipping. Customers will be contacted directly with scheduling information.

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery times within the U.S. are 4-6 weeks for all custom pieces.

Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis—please contact us for details.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized or freight deliveries.

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to weight, size, or material.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up your package.

6. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Shop Numa Gardens are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.

We will work with you to resolve the issue—either by sending a replacement, arranging a repair, or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
